How can I show only a resume of th epost in the index page instead of the full post?

If not mistaken, login to wp-admin, then go to Settings>Reading>For each article in a feed, show>Summary

You can simply add this tag <!--more--> (html form) where you want the post to be cut.
what is before this tag will appear in index only, which is after the tag will appear in the full post.

I had already done that...
And I was going to post there, but then I noticed the word forums...
