knowinservers support is too bad and not expert
recently i use vps from knowinserver 7 day vps run very fast and smoothly after 7 day suddenly vps over load and 3 day vps down and support say upgrade your vps plan we creat dispute on paypal and then again vps run fast and smothly 7 day after again 7 day cpu over load and support say again upgrade


and support is not good and expert sumbit ticket and reply after some time 2 day some time 12 hour and some time 6 hour

all in support team not expert thay do not provid good support and say we cant do this some thing like that


so i advice dont buy knowinserver after 7 day thay creat problem and force u update ur plan

Have you ever tried talking with knowinservers over here?

I don't think his service is bad, I am having one of my sites VPS from them and it runs smooth and fine.

yes creat alots of ticket and also upgrade vps still same condition

So lets just think about upgrading then? Have you asked why you should upgrade?

cpu over load in Ks L100 plan then i upgrade on KSL200 still same problem .if u not upgrade thay suspend ur vps for some day and then again run very fast and smoth

Well this user runs a pakistani website called Pakhackerz.com
and this website is 24x7 overloaded, its nothing to do with our server.

Here is the screenshot of this vps, i took 6 hours ago and thats the reason i suspended his vps.



About the upgrade, you want to upgrade your present plan with 2 GB Extra ram,
but unfortunately we cannot do this, due to the only reason being , we have no intention
of overselling. You were offering us some extra money, but sorry we are not intrested in it.
If needed, get a dedicated server and we will shift everything for you.


To add, this guy runs some stupid pak hacing forum, i get numerous DMCA complaints
because of this guy, but still i manage to consider him.

But if this is gonna continue, then you are probably not welcome.

Rest about our support , we have 7 staff members working with us mate,
we know our support very well, if we refuse to upgrade your package dsnt mean we have bad support.
