Those are just the kind of guys who don't know anything.
They start opening lame threads without opening a ticket.

They might, in fact, have some reason to be disappointed with the RDP-Sevice, as we are having problems with the dc, but what can I do? It's not my fault. I am just here to give the support. If I don't get any info or hamza, what should we do?!

One rdp is already working.

i have spoken to hamza this evenin as he was on msn, i wouldnt be complainin but i had the rdp like 2 days before it went offline. and now there seems to be no sign imo of it coming back

when some 1 purchases a product they expect it. not to have to wait 2 weeks. every 1 in life as problems at some point or another. and if this is the case in hamza. then he really shouldnt be advertising other services without fixing the current problems.

I saw it. But I didn't response, as I am not responsible for refunds. Mate? If I would have the ability to refund I would do that! I cant.
