I can open it in 20 seconds using my 384 KBps internet connection.

In the same server with urs, there's a guy raring a file, the CPU load is 2.01, I don't know what the configuration is.

If you mean slow loading on the RL webpage, please check ur internet connection mate.

In case you can't open the RL at the first time.

Please do the followings :

1. Click Start -> Run -> Type "cmd"

2. in command prompt box, type "ipconfig /flushdns"

3. Change your DNS into one of these 2 DNS server
Google DNS : 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
DNSAdvantage : 156.154.70.1

4. Here's the tutorials if you haven't known how to do it.
