DonkieHost wont give refund - Ridiculous!!
I purchased a Rapidleech account with DonkieHost, but although their website says 3 Day Money Back Guarentee... They don't uphold that AT ALL!!!
After using their service for a couple of days, I felt unsatisfied with it. So I sent them an e-Mail.

I have used your services for a couple of days, but found it to be not as fast as I hoped it would be. Also, the ability to have full access as such and make certain modifications is not there - ie. modify the MD5.php which I rely on a lot.
Therefore I would like to have a refund as I am within my 3 days of using your system.

Money back guarenteed is only applicable for server downs or other problems with the server, that are in our terms of use.
Speeds are good if your download and upload to filehosts in USA, for filehosts in Europe are lower speeds but if you only upload to filehosts in Europe, then you should not have purchase USA Rapidleech.
In the table of plans are specified that we dont give FTP or cPanel access because we provide our own addons and premium accounts that's why we provide a upload accounts editor.
I do not understand what modification you need to make to the MD5, in any case send us your MD5 customized and we will add it to your Rapidleech.

No refund on cancellation of dedicated servers.

I am not satisfied, so therefore I am fully entitled for a refund.

If you had Terms and Conditions that were in Arabic, and it said that I would have to pay ?300 after 2 months of use, would you uphold that?? That is very bad management.

Our main language is Spanish, that the terms are not in your language does not mean that you cannot read, there are online translators to translate to your language.

Well it was mentioned you wont get a FTP or cpanel as they use their own accounts. So you cant complain that you cant edit the md5.
Secondly why all the issues of talking alot with them when they tell u to send the md5 configuration and they will add it?

then their unprofessionalism killed the joke entirely.
As a company it is their duty to update both languages to the same capacity as it can become a legal issue if it affects the wrong person.
