I have found a few sites that offer free hosting so long as you allow them to put banners on your site.. Now in conclusion to :

Seeing as how there are quite a few free sites i wanted to know what the incentives to use them were, and what perks etc came with them.

So if you know any free hosts list em here please, if you offer free hosting post the package etc.. Maybe im making a list , who knows...
