it looks like hes done the same thing as is old company get as much money then run and rename it and it looks like he will most likly do the same again

everyone should do a paypal claim to get is account freezed dont know if it will happen i made a claim and paypal closed it in 1day

Leaseweb has closed the most of servers which were ordered from netdirekt before.

This is not a billing problem or anything else. They only send an email to the owner of servers with following details :

Dear customer,

we received the information from our security department to block all your servers
and to send an extraordinary cancellation for all servers.

Due to abusive usage of your servers, we have decided to terminate your account effectively.

There will be no discussion or opportunity to reactive the servers or unblock certain IPs. 
Your account will be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.

Could be, but it's completely their fault as they were mad enough to actually allow warez in Germany. It's a good lesson for those who currently host at ND as well.
