I'd be pissed if you were my tech support. First off I'd be mad about problems, then worse then broken English support? It's like you're trying to piss off clients.

If you are professional and Honest then refund me ... I have several complains ..

First Few days your rdp was ok then later its down then after that you gave me new rdp in which I have only IE with restrictions More over its security was disabled... I cant download a single file. I told you many times but you always said use Internet Explorer WTF

I called you on your Mobile Number but always picked up someone else and said Hamza is not here wrong Number.
