I have some problems with my site warezhaven.org
I restarted and rebuild apache but nothing helps.
Mysql restart , server reboot .....
In the server log there are some vbseo issues but don't know how to fix it...

It's .htaccess problem.

Delete it for a second, and see if the site works. If it works, just replace the new one with old one.

Try what he said or disable all mods.

Check your PHP Handler

His host is using php 5.3.3 which everyone knows causes issues with vb,vbseo,ipb and other systems.
