Okay,
From where to start. Domain TLD is fine, not bad at all. Domain name is also good, FileServeBB(Bulletin Board), cool.

You stole official FileServe favicon, which is branded, if your forum gets big, you're going to be sued. You stole warezBB's slogan, you can only get disrespected because of that.

Color scheme should be orange/red, or something like that to be like FileServe's official site.

Personally, I would never go on such a forum like yours to find something for download, but who knows. People are different.

Good luck with your site, at least you are trying something. Just keep it up, more practicing = more knowledge.
