Included in the sale are:

• CCV7 (I bought this last year from Phantom & St0ne. I am the only the exclusive owner of it, besides Phantom. - Bought it for $200 USD)
• Domain (dexozoft.com - registered since 2008)
• Database - I'm selling it with a brand new database (aka no memebers)
• User Dock (Will tailor this to suite the buyer)
• Portal (Still working on this too)

I'm selling it with a blank database. It's not just a skin. It's all plugins etc. It's a real pain the skin and plugins to another site; so I added it all onto a database.

Oh btw. Don't but it if you're more than likely to want to change the forums around a lot. This is how I had them to start off with, and it works.
