hes got a germany netdirect server it probly handle it but i dont think it handle rapidleech and torrent because if to many people going to be using it then it going to be very slow on download speeds and pages

depending on the spec hes paid for aswell maybe if he tells people the spec he have more chance but i still wouldnt take risk due to only a starter
