Is more than 1.5TB really needed, I mean unmetered? So many host are falling part, especially the unmetered ones. Have you tried monitoring how much bandwidth you actually consume? I mean no offense, but rather I feel answering my question may be of benefit to you, no need to answer if you don't want to.

    Yes,
    I have a windows server 2003 enterprise 64 bit.
512 MB Ram, 50 GB Space and 1,500 GB bandwidth
Please PM me what price you want, and I will create a custom order page for you.
Now if you need Linux, just tell me, and I should be able to help you out with affordable plan.
I don't normally let customer pick the pricing, but I will make a exception since your out of a vps due to various reasons.
You will get root or administrator access, root for linux, and administrator for admin to basically do anything.
    Good luck!
