1. This RDP is not the best for seedbox (torrents). In some cases you may get more than 40MB/s download/upload in torrents but also can drop to 100KB/s because most seeders and leechers are in EU. So get EU servers if you just want to do torrents/seedbox-ing.
2. Converting/Encoding is also not allowed.

I'm with Levac for sometime now.Overall the server is almost perfect.Had some minor problems,That's usual with any server.The best thing about servers is up-time.If you need a true 99.9% up-time server then go with levac.Well it was never down for me yet.

Had problems with my previous RDP provider who shall rename nameless , joined this one and everything is perfect so far

How much is the setup time?
Same day setup for RDP if I'm online.

What is the fair usage on unmetered lines?
We do not control how much you using but if you are pushing full 1Gbps or 2Gbps 24/7 nonstop we'll notify you to play nice for other users on server.

What is the limit number of users on the server?
There is no exact number because if the server is getting slower, we will upgrade it by adding more RAM, changing the CPU or add more bandwidth as require. So quality performance is guaranteed.

How often is the server restarted?
Server is restarted every 24 hours when it is needed for updates etc. If there's no need, then there's no restarts.

What kind of content that you don't allow?
Warez hosting, child porn, spam, hate sites, gambling (not allowed).

Torrent/Seedbox is allowed if you make them private.

Is the server really unmetered and dedicated line?
No, it is not unmetered in real but it has 100TB limit and if that limit is reached, you don't have to pay extra -- we will pay the extras.

Do you accept paypal, moneybookers or others?

after using this service for more than 2 weeks , this RDP still good.
