MyWarezHost.info screwed my 10k+ users forum !
hello my forum mobi-movies.org is not very popular it hardly gets 100 to 150 visits per day thesedays it's 2 years old and i moved to mywarezhost last month i paid my invoice btw i was not happy with this host at all my site was down when ever i tried to access it i did'nt moved from this host because i was so busy with my studies and did'nt have time to change the host.i recieved an email that they are sold and our accounts are being migrated to smokehost well when i recieve this email i tried to open my forum and it was offline and i was not able to login in cpanel as usual and i tried to contact forgiven (mywarezhost owner his real name is Rahul Aggarwal and he is an indian) via his msn and he does not even want to talk to me.
i was talking to the new owner smokehost and they talked to him on msn and he said my warezlinking forum abused the server it used 20% of the server resource not once but twice.
first off all my forum was offline most of the time because of the server 2nd it was fully optimized no links were submitted to katz no google crawling indexing was allowed and even guests were not allowed to view the forum

now all i want to say is never purchase hosting from indians because they don't know what hosting bussiness is all about they juss want to make good money out of the vps/dedi they pay for i'm a indian also but these kind of ppl bring disgrace to us all f@#k them ! this guy did'nt even know anything about dns don't know why these kind of guys step into webhosting bussiness and screw ppl up.
btw i have contacted my previous host they took my backup and i hope they still have my old backup.

Do Not Purchase Hosting From MywarezHost.info,ACEHOSTING.ORG AND SMOKEHOST.NET the owner is the same i think selling his host for better management is just his new trick to get more customers please ppl do not purchase from them they will fuck u over !!!

Over at SmokeHost live chat we talked about this. Various times. Me + Deep talked to you about this.
Over on MyWarezHost. Your account was using high CPU usage various times. First time they suspended you. Warned you. Then you got terminated. Meaning files deleted. Without a backup, as it stated in their TOS. We 'SmokeHost' cannot be held liable for this. We recently acquired this host. Yes taking baggage like this along. But it's not our fault. We weren't given backups. There is nothing we can do to help you.

Before you buy or lease any hosting plans from any web hosts, make sure that you research them first, do not base your decisions on shallow entities, such as cosmetic (how their website looks) or how many members are recommending the host.

Know your limits:

If you don't read it or research, you'll be risking your data and having your account suspended. Duration and age:
Seniority is some what important with web hosts, there are many web hosts that are newly started then after a couple of months either get sold or shutdown for whatever reason, that also might lead to trouble, so always go with seniority, a web host that existed for a reasonable amount of time and indicates stability.
Beware though, sometimes seniority isn't always a definite positive factor, as changes can occur to well established web host.
Always backup:
There are so many tools, scripts and applications out there that help you backup your files, use them on a regular basis, or automate a backup system via a cron job, if you don't know how to, ask for help or research it. It is very easy to find tutorials if you search the forums or even Google.
Conclusion:
The conclusion here is you must always be prepared, sometimes hosting failures cannot be controlled, such as hardware failures, if you weren't prepared then you basically lost your website and will have to start all over again.
Leasing a hosting plan is not just a one way responsibility (the web host's), it's your responsibility as well, don't expect for anyone else to protect or preserve your data for you, always expect the worse and prepare for it.

I have went through all my termination logs i kept on my pc and i can not find where i terminated you. Which means I didnt. Smokehost has owned mywarezhost the past 7 days. So if your site stopped working the past 4 days, ou can blame them not me. And i did really sell mywarezhost. Shit came up. We did have a dns problem that i was unaware of, but smokehost fixed it when i was bought by them. And as for backups you should read our tos. We dont do them.

All in all it's not anybody else's fault. It's yours. They don't keep backups. You should. You should make one atleast once a week. And when you was suspended the first time. You should have atleast moved elsewhere to a host that allows you to use more CPU usage/moved to semi-dedi hosting/a VPS.

omg they suspended me ? they warned me ? omg well sir can u show me a proof of this ? i did not recieved any email regarding this !!!

prove it that u suspended my account and warned me that my account was using exessive cpu load ! u did not email me or call me via phon about this and if u did send me an email then show me that it was delivered to my email ! i'll pay u 300$ right now via paypal u got my word !!!

and i recieved the reply from my old host they have my backup and i'm downloading it right now.
for mr peanut i took my backup monthly i have backup of november 2010 of my forum.
