You will probably have a lot less fake files posted if you block specific countries.

Once more, I'm not saying block all of the ones I listed. I just listed a few countries advertisers pay less for. You can select countries you'd like to. Obviously a warez forum would not block India, but a mainstream site may depending on what they're selling/targeting
