I wonder how long AlertPay can be limitless if PayPal have imposed these restrictions. AP above the law?

AP isin't above law but its not much popular! as they get popular same restriction will be applied to AP as well!

I think AP was founded by an Indian company? Not 100% sure on that though... If so it might be a factor.

As far as I know AP is Canadian.

According to Google, AlertPay is based out of Montreal, Quebec.
