My VPS is not yet activated. I recieve an email it said to reply to the email, I did.. no answer.
I opened a ticket yesterday, no answer.
I just reopened a ticket now, I hope that this one gets answered!! #335907

If you submitted a ticket (Yesterday) it should of been answered, there was 0 tickets left. Your ticket will be answered regarding your server today.

So... I raised dispute, got answer. So I closed it. And now I'm talking to them through ticket system (finally). And so far so good.
