I've read through the thread and what you're saying isn't entirely true as some of their customers have stated they've received payment however I've read a few posts which state they've not received payment for a long time. BitShare should explain themselves using this thread. Those who haven't received their payment should post here.

Payment delay started on June 2011, they said they had problems with Paypal and already sorted it out but still payment pending especially for payout more than USD 50.

Already contact them via contact page but no response from them.
