2) What's the max file size downloadable by free users ?

1) Every download is counted, even from 1 ip adress, but a free user can't download the second file right away, he needs to wait 15 min
2) 1GB is the max file size for downloading/uploading for the free users

Just answered a few minutes ago. We count every download from free, premium, or guest... even multiple downloads from single ip address.
