That would cause problems, I think. As you know multiple-IPs aren't allowed according to Thema and Multiposter TOS.

Themaposter is allowed on RDP I guess. Jay's MP is strictly a no no though !!

1) As long as you are the only person who uses the software, you can use it from different IPs.
2) You can use the software on one VPS (not more). Please write an email what you are going to use it on VPS, otherwise you might get a ban
(VPS = RDP)
3) You can't use the software from 2 (or more) computers at the same time.
4) You can use from different computers (not more than 4) with your templates / topics and not at the same time.

So, will there be a problem if I run thema for 24x7?

Well, not literally 24x7, but still it will be open 24x7, processes will be running at a gap of say 10 mins per topic and a total of say 40-50 topics a day.
