I contacted Ecatel 12 hours ago regarding a reboot, their reboot function on their website doesn't work for me, SSH won't work and remote KVM won't work because someone else is constantly using it (past 14 hours)

Yea the server is pretty much completely offline

ive asked the guy I ordered my traffic from to pause my campaign if he can
if not well that's life and as usual it sucks

I get the impression he isn't to sure how to stop it
and needs a response from the company he is renting the server from before he can do anything

said something about wanting to reboot the server (im not sure why that would help)

I know a few methods that I can try to see if they would prevent the attack but the server loads so slow and always cuts me out. Rebooting the server gives me a chance to start testing some security methods out when the computer isn't working as slow.

ecatel can't block this traffic ? if this atack is syn flood he can change some reg on fw to limit and block
