You can't withdraw the amount into your bank. But you can withdraw the amount easily through any ATM machine (which accepts mastercards).

The Payoneer card is a prepaid debit MasterCard card. It can be used to make both online and offline purchases, at any location worldwide accepting debit MasterCard.

How can I apply for virtual account??

If you've received recent payments from the partner account linked to your Payoneer card, you may apply for the US Payment Service.

Due to laws and regulations imposed by the Indian government, non-Indian companies are prohibited from issuing Visa/MasterCard cards to Indian residents.

This unfortunately includes Payoneer. We do, however, provide local bank transfers to Indian residents. The worldwide local bank transfer service allows you to receive Payoneer payments from a local account in India, in INR.
