Is there Any other 5* site going through the same problem?

Have you added or changed a filter in the code? Seems it's stripping something from our URLs submitted.

Add [NC] after the rewriterule in your .htaccess file and it should be fixed. URL's shouldn't be case sensitive anyways

It was some IP problem with my host and now its fixed .
