One of my friend recommend me to use adf.ly

I want to know some info about this.
1. Are they allowed porn site where I can put adf.ly links
2. When they make payment
3. Any user who use their service and got paid
4. Any user who can post their statistics

1. No, they don't allow porn (and neither does AdFoc.us)
2. Every month
3. They have a forum with screenshots
4. Just do a search on these forums..

If they're shaving on views / clicks then they're not doing it very heavily then, there is ways to test this which i've done and the numbers are fairly close. And yes this is on a large scale.

Regarding Adfocus paying more, well they do, but only on certain traffic and they're not as reliable as Adfly.
