that's due the php version you are using, its recommended that you use 5.2+ of php versions, towards 5.3 normally cause it , and this is where the developer behind the modification needs to update it.
use could also try
error_reporting(E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE ^ E_DEPRECATED);

If you're on shared hosting, there's not much you can do.
If you're not, do what Baraka said.
But, you can always try a different chatbox.
Cyb - Chatbox is nice.
