i wan't to join but the host have 1 problem

1.- the rates of group D are to low..

change the:
101 - 450 to 3.5 dlls
451 - 1000 to 5 dlls
1001 - 2048 to 6.5 dlls
2049 + to 8 dlls

Cossmos,the affiliate page says this.

Every successful completed download and also multiple downloads are counted .

From that statement you can infer that they pay for all completed downloads, period.
I hope I'm not offending Filegag by posting this.
I see some complaints about Filegags PPD rates & yes,we would all like better rates but the rates they are offering are on par with the rates of the other hosts that pay for every download.Check this out.Here is Fiberupload,Filegag & Filevelocity.FU shows theirs in Euros,so I made one with dollars,I had already done it for my own reference,I didn't do it for this comment.Also,Fiber has an 800mb daily limit as well.
