Alternatives To Online Storage Solution

I am currently using Online Storage Solution as a backup and also for a "premium users download server" for my website. The site is down most of the time and now I cannot login into filemanger, but I still can upload and download via FTP. Their ticket system links to a support page and I can never get any real support. The features of the site is great, but their support and downtime is killing me and my members. I was wondering if there are any better alteratives out there. Some of the features I want is

- Unlimited storage
- FTP Uploading
- File sharing and public direct link options
- Remote uploading (to transfer files from OSS)

Do you mean a direct link on your site so you there is no landing page hosted from the host? If so, is this just a paid option?

Yes, where I can create and publish direct http links from my filemanager and all my users have to do is click on them and the download instantly pops up.

Yes, I would be paying for the storage servers

better contact a filehosts like rapidshare, make a deal....

because filehosts always have better infrastructure

Eg:
Rapidshare have 600gbit, and nearly 50 petobyte of data.....
