its gernate successfully its updates version but not ping search engine and show red line error

Submit your sitemap manually to the search engines and dont worry about the red words.

That's weird. Normally it should submit & notify Google automatically unless you have disabled that option "Let Google and other search engines know about my website" (or something like that) during the installation of your WordPress.
