Getting error on startup while try to upgrade from vBulletin 4.1.9 to 4.2.0

Hi Title says all, Can You please tell me how can i fix this error?
Successfully uploaded all the files and now getting error on start when trying to upgrade by going on:

You have a missing table:

Table 'myvbdb.im_navigation' doesn't exist

It was not included with 4.1.9 i think they add this in 4.2.0.
So, how can i fix this

After you are certain all the parameters that are required in the newconfig have been met, make sure you repair and optimize in phpmyadmin the db and the dbuser has all permissions for the db.

Run the upgrade again, if the same error occurs manually create the empty table in the db.

Is this a licensed script or some nulled install?

Yes, getting the same error even after creating the empty table. and repairing and optimizing with myphpadmin.
And also db user has already all the permissions.

Its FS nulled version.

why dont u save the tables from the old db and import them in the new db simple

old db not have navigation table. they added this in new version. So, how can i import?

His script is not creating or populating an new table in this version restoring his old db or importing it will not help.

Either the script is bad or it was corrupted in upload. The only other thing I can think of to do would be run the straight install to a different db name and user and then do as suggested by importing the old db.

If none of these thing work stop trying with the current script and revert to the 4.1.9 that worked with the db.
