just change to old blogger interface and go to desgin-->edit html

if not try this url

http://www.blogger.com/html?blogID=your blog id here

to get your blog id

select new post and in the address bar there will be your blog id

e.g

http://www.blogger.com/post-create.g?blogID=get your blog id from here

Change your Interface to old Blogger and then click "EDIT HTML"
