These are the errors I mostly get.
And after that I get errors that I am out of memory and so third and not able to execute something.

The problems seems to be with mod_fcgid , I would recommended that you try to disable this cause it seems to be opening to many process to were it taken up all your server ram. The only thing I can think of you've really bad coded script running that requires mod_fcgid. If you don't know howto disable this I recommend that you submit a support ticket to your provider Xstel he'll probably be more then happy to assist you with this he a great person / great provider.

robert420, disabling mod_fcgid might as well prevent some scripts from running? I'll ask my host to do that, in case it is required for my forum to run, then I guess it's not the issue then?

So I moved to KnownSRV and they sold their company a week after FML!
I had no backup copy then had to wait till they move me... (migrated idk)

My VPS was migrated LAST out of all their VPS FML! Another month wasted.

KnownSRV wasn't sold in the end. We invested piles of benjamins and we survived the hard times.

If you were migrated last I believe I know who you are. Your site was causing VPS load to go over 50 at peak times, on highly optimized setup(nginx, fcgi, caching etc). There is something on the site that uses way too much resources for a VPS - you can start from your site, it's where the problem lies most likely.

Yes, pretty sure that's me. You helped me to optimize the site I remember and did pretty well, but at the end it ended up going down a lot again.
