(NL) Need File host that don't pay uploaders

Hello,

looking for some filehost that don't pay uploaders. Needs to be NL for good speeds for uploads and offer RU.

filecloud.io is ok but sometimes they're upload slots are filled.

FileVelocity works great, anything similar?

Can you use filevelocity and filecloud.io to remote upload to other file hosts? I used to use Jumbofiles but their upload speeds sucks lately

They offer RU, not sure if it would work from your server. (host)

Filecloud.io does not offer RU, only for premium members.

Edit: I think they have an affiliate program but they don't limit downloaders too much. I get 4mbps as a free user.
