Rules: I am going to use random.org to generate 5 numbers from 1-100. When someone hits one of them numbers they will win the web hosting package and be provided a coupon code that is useable 1 time for 100% off of our shared 1 web hosting package and will be recurring for 2 months.

You may only guess 1 number, if you guess two numbers you will automatically be disqualified even if one of your numbers where correct.

"you will be expected to pay the $1.99 per month package rate!" so in other words your forcing them to pay after the 2 months ?

I would change the way you phrase that sentence if it isn't.
