Also what happens if they do cancel but decide to renew 2 months later under same account??? Then do I still get rebill

I'm trying to choose the plan 1. $20 per 1000 but still couldn't figure how I partner up.

well 21 sales all in last 30 days (mostly last 20) so in the next 2-3 weeks i should see rebills (a few at the least) once their month is up

I upload from 1gbit line to ftp only 300kb/s. Is it only because im registered user and not premium? Or why it is so slow?
