1) Yes, the free Premium DL plugin Sharingmatrix is broken. This one works. But speeds are disappointing.
2) He offered it to me for US$15 .. so for US$10 you get a good deal.

As i know speed is depend on filehosting, am i rite?

I tested it on R?USSHIM_I?'s server, but the speed was minimal ... like 1MBs.

Furthermore, I think I completely stop with SM, because the security system is lacking. A hacker could change my email, password and possibly my payment details without a hitch ....

That's the only thing I can say you now...........
If you know Coding of a Plugin or Know PHP, you can get it ,what i wanna say.
