I've been using this vps service for about a week now. Everything seems to be good. Support is quite fast. I wanted to upgrade to the 1gbps plan but in the end decided not to due to lack of $ =P . Hope they don't get mad at me because I asked alot about it. Haha. Anyway, everything is good

EDIT: I'm looking at other offers form other VPS providers, if they are better (and I hope that are not), I'd be guaranteed a 24 hour refund right?

EDIT: Sorry to say this, but I got a better service but at a higher rate. Since its the first month I'm getting it for 20$.. Hope I can get my refund. (I opted for it 4 hours after purchase!)
