Remote upload speed is much better than any other file hosts. I can upload 7GB link in under a min. And they do have banners, u just gotta look for it.

Can upload 8GB single link and can also download. I don't think any other hosting company offers that.

In admin panel click "Filemanager" => Upload file => Select upload way of your files: choose ftp upload or remote upload. If remote upload, click
Remote uploads center => write login and password, provided during registration => Add remote upload.

Shareflare pays no scam here but I'm having this very slow upload speed from either FTP @ remote upload. When I first joined about a month ago, upload speed by FTP was awesome, now its so bad I need half an half an hour to upload 700Mb files. Should try to improve your overall speed.
