well there is germany dedicated for 300$ 1gbps unlimited ... so this is f9 i guess

as you see guys, this is not his only unit.
just my opinion but I think he colocated a rack to get advantage with a 1gb/s hub for his rack. just my guess but it is possible to price somthing like that.

I got my guess from the specs, coz those specs are not commercially available.
