cloud hosting doesn't allow warez, so where's the future on it? it depends on the company that will establish the cloud hosting.

As for your second point both Hotfile and Fileserve are located in the US as far as I know.

i really hope that thepiratebay will get enought money to send a satelite into space and you will be able to buy a hosting there, then no country rules can't fuck you or some warez anti piracy law.
