I think it would be fileserve, because they are growing up fast now. But you never can know what happens in the future. If a new host comes with better payout and higher speed, everyone will go to that.

Actually I think RS/MU are still the biggest at the moment, but HF and FS are definitely growing very fast due to their earnings

I think sites that evolve like Duckload will be the future. Persistance pays off and you have to roll with new tech and changes.
