Oron is a joke if you ask me. I once tried to download something and i got some errors and the download failed. Not to mention the fact that the language was changing by itself.
File-hosts should give more attention on the downloading experience before advertising how great they are with uploaders.

Ah. It's my first time seeing the post.

I don't see it as bad. A long time uploader probably has quite a bit of experience. He probably has been taught a few extra things as well.

However, I do agree that an actual support rep would be a lot better though.
