gotta agree on this one.
The new rules are both way too strict and are making advertising dull - every ad HAVE to look the same - if your site has strong points, like high uptime, then you CAN'T USE IT ( since it's generic word - it doesnt matter if you have 99,99% or 25% uptime... ), if you prepared limited offer only for WH members, so that fellow warez webmasters can save a few bucks, then you CAN'T USE IT ( since it's word forbidden in description), if you are offering multiple different plans, so that both small and big sites can find something for themselves, then you CAN'T USE IT ( several different plan spec simply won't fit into thread title field, especialy with all added crap that has to be added there...), if you provide quality, not oversold hosting then you SHOULDN'T advertise it - with 20 " from 0,50$ / month" threads around where another hosts ran by 12yo kids who offer "unlimited bandwidth, 200GB hdd, warez, rapidleech, porn allowed!" plans for 30 clients on their single, shitty 100gb hdd/5TB bandwidth VPS - you're making price the only factor that'll matter when posting threads, since different factors, like quality of service, uptime, software used etc. can't be posted in thread title. Most of users aren't interested where they are hosted, as long as they get good uptime and speeds. Customers looking for specific countries can easily find them using search engine ( on another note - quality hosts that have multiple nodes in different countries to tailor their offer to customers with different needs ( price/warez laws/quality...) get shafted again, since countries won't fit into thread title.
Add this to the fact that hosting is (basicaly) the same everywhere, and users gonna get 50 exactly the same thread - maybe just delete whole section altogether and just make huge "show me a random host" button instead of it
