Got paid but yes, their counting is not working from yesterday.

FTP-Upload sucks big times atm. Took over 12h yesterday untill some newly uploaded files appeared, and now I'm already waiting for six hours. They really need at least a second upload-server, but support is non-existing here and not replying at the page.

Edit: After 24h the files are still pending. Starting to get pissed

Can't upload anything. Seems their servers are full.

Exactly the same problem. Every day from about ten days ago.
But don't know if it is because of full servers.

nobody there answer in their support i already 4 time tickets but not received a single word from official support previous 6 days.

Exactly what I do first (3 times).
Excatly what happens next from them.
Do they care?

I got this (see image ↓), almost everytime i tried to upload something in the webpage.



And pls... don't suggest the upload tool. Is useless.

Besides the problem shown above, I also got 2 different messages and no upload. Just time wasted.

Just to make it clear...
Things are sooooo bad... I think is my lucky day when I finally upload a file... (sometimes all day for 1 file)


So?
Any solutions? (pls no more promises)

uploading was fine in the morning but in the afternoon it has gone back to its worst.

Support wrote me 14 days ago they'll fix the upload-issues soon, and I should be patient.

Well, patience is all that's left after waiting an entire day till I finally got access to my FTP-Uploads.

Dun even bother trying web- or Zoom-Upload. I gave up this morning until the same file broke ten times in a row.

And honestly, why are we even talking about Freakshare. They don't even have an active support here at KWWHunction, and they answer maybe one out of ten mails.

first i was thinking about like you but when i check suddenly my spam folder in e mail i got all my mails answer there u must check spam in your mail from [email protected] u 100% received message and must reply here for others help thanks

according to my experience
after mu issue
freakshare always faced prob with ftp n remote (its not new) if upload its ur luck only

web upload is working fine but last one month it also faced prob
they give good response
but last 2 months not proper response max get this
Our systems are not working properly due to unexpected system crashes and overload.
Please be patient until we solve the problems.

good/happy one is they paid payments fast than previous
