File Hosts that allow big size files (up to 10GB) and pay per sale

So i want filehosts that let you upload big files up to 10GB or maybe 15GB and also have a pay-per-sale option.
Filesonic is good but it is up to 5GB.
Duckload allows up to 15GB but has pay-per-download option only.

I think Filehook has a pps and their limit is unlimited i believe.

Yes, i found out about filehook but their upload speed is very slow (~500kb) and they do not offer ftp upload. I wrote on their official thread and i'm waiting for a reply.
Any other hosts?

Megaupload has no size limit on uploaded files. You've got to be Premium, though.

duckload has a 15 Go file size limit, but i dont think they offer a PPS plan

I'm looking at Filehook right now i get terrible upload speeds from US server around ~500kb/sec. I will try to upload from EU as soon as i can to check the speed.
