Could be a million things. Your not giving enough info.

You probably don't have mod user tweak disabled.

Log into WHM;

Security Center;

Apache mod_userdir Tweak;

Enable mod_userdir Protection (Uncheck the whole thing) or keep it enabled and disable per user/domain.

Its a rapidleech and I just have FTP access!

I get the exact same thing when I try open files with "space" in names.. but if I rename them, it works : )

After typing out the URL based on your screenshot, I've went to the main URL and the main page works.

/files/ directory only shows that error, which makes me thing there could be a folder permission issue.

I assume I might need to be 777. (Don't mess with Rapidshare, unfamiliar with it)

Logged in and corrected it in like a minute.

The .htaccess file had a 0 at the end of the </files> causing an Internal Server Error.
