Question and suggestion

First, the question ...

I have 10 dollars , but i cant see a payout button, where is it?
Is it because thats the money from the june promotion?.

It says

Total Earnings* = $6.3< should this number get to 10 dollars in order to cashout?

it also says

Unpaid in USD: $10.28



Now i have a suggestion

When im uploading big files, like 700mb, its takes a shi* load of time to upload, and sometimes it doesnt upload.

So, for people like me, there should be a upload manager, or something alike, that way when im uploading something and my computer resets, or my internet connection go off, the amount of megabytes uploaded stay the same.

I hope i get some answers , sorry if its the wrong subforum ,i couldnt see a better one
