I would recommend you to change your posting strategy.

About the strategies... It is really not good, when you're making such limits for uploaders. Many of them will spend a lot of time on your website until they figure out, that all the problems are caused because of "no sales/low earnings". If you want everyone making for you at least 3-5-10 sales/week just say it straight here:

You'll save a lot of our time in this way.

Although I still think it's a bad move from your side. There are still many popular forums/sites without filepost links. None of uploaders like waiting hours until upload is finished. Many of them already gave up your site and left suitable info and opinion on forums (what was wrong etc).

I know, you're already a success, mostly on porn places, where it's easiest to sell a premium. Probably you're satisfied with that and not going to make it better.
