Adding text to show in the first post of every thread

I was wondering is it possible to add some text at the top of the first post in every thread? If so how would I go about it?

All I could find was how to add adverts after the first post..

And since I'm not exactly good at coding and stuff didn't really help me much. Thanks anyway.

try this conditional .. replace 3,4,5 with forum category
and post a update...
