yeah, RapidSpeeds is Best for Netherlands.
Right now I am testing their US Dedicated servers and the performance seem to be better than expected, I will post my review about the US servers soon.

If you're being DDOSed, system will detect it, and your IP will be put under the hardware firewall, once attack stops, you will be released. No account termination, they aren't idiots. It's not your fault someone ddos your server, so, they don't punish you.

Softlayer (USA), EvoSwitch (NL) ... I don't know if there is any other decent alternative...
